Ross graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2013 with a BA in Music Theatre. Mildura born and bred, Ross’ theatre credits include Squabbalogic’s The Drowsy Chaperone, which gained him a GLUG Theatre Award nomination, Truth, Beauty and a Picture of You at the Hayes Theatre and the Production Company’s sell-out season of West Side Story. On screen, Ross has featured on the ABC Variety Show Saturday Night Crack Up as a lead dancer, and has appeared live on Channel 7’s X Factor as a lead backing vocalist. His career highlights include starring as Sancho Panza alongside Tony Award nominee Tony Sheldon in Squabbalogic’s production of Man of La Mancha, which he also choreographed, as well as playing Willie Lopez in the Australian premier of Ghost – the Musical (Ambassador Theatre Group).
Ross has recorded and released two CD’s, the Australian cast recording of Man of La Mancha and Together Apart, a new Australian song cycle which can be found on iTunes. Most recently, Ross has completed a season of Disney Australia’s Aladdin The Musical where he understudied the principal roles of Iago and Omar.
Ross is thrilled and grateful to be a part of the eccentric cast of The Rocky Horror Show, a bucket list show of his, and would like to thank his family and loved ones for their constant support.
